Change Kayn's E and Q (Darkin Form) maximum HP damage scaling and his 32%-40% heal on Darkin form.

As for all champions that Riot releases they will always be OP on release just like Ekko, Kayn isn't different. His heal scales with AD and he can go out of the map without being hit by any skill shots. He also gets alot of movement speed with his E too. To be fair if you don't want to remove Kayn's E heal then change it from AD to AP scaling then it would be more fair. As for his Q (especially in Darkin form), It does way to much damage in the early game toning down the early game max hp would be a good fair nerf to him. Also turn down the healing on Kayn when he evolves to Darkin. He heals way to much in the late game making him unkillable. it should be 35% heal at level 18 not 52% same for level 16 Darkin 46% healing on all of his abilities is nuts tone it down to 25-28% somewhere there.
