Can we talk about Neeko please?

I'm sorry but having to lane versus this champion as anyone feels like a chore for no reason. You can't stand in your wave to dodge her skillshots because they all go through the minion wave and they all to a crazy amount of damage early. And let's not forget Riot buffed Neeko so she gets her empowered snare every time she throws it. It's like playing versus old Yasuo (like 2014 Yasuo when he was broken as all hell and you couldn't lane versus him because his shield was always up and he did a lot of damage with not a lot of ways to dodge it or trade back).

I for one think Riot went way too far by buffing Neeko's E. I would have accepted a Q buff in place of it where if she does get the empowered snare from hitting multiple targets then sure I accept that I take a full Q of damage. But when I feel like there's no counterplay other than lose a ton of CS to avoid losing to Neeko, it's anti fun.

Riot, please revert the buff to Neeko E, it's bullshit and with so many champs being busted it's hard to ban them all.
