Turbo Griefing in Silver

I recently had a game where (despite all my pings and my best efforts to play a chill game of League) I had a Master Yi Jungle who dove my laner (a Teemo with Ignite) under his tower at least 2-3 times before I could get out of lane. He also chose to powerfarm his jungle rather than gank Mid lane or Bot lane (both viable options) and instead kept going for Teemo making him bigger and bigger to the point that I had to leave the lane because it was unplayable. Is he reportable for griefing me?

Ehhh... i doubt it. We would have to see it. A vague one-sided account isnt really enough information to come to a conclusion on that.

The jungler does not have to gank any one lane at any given time. You are not the boss of the jungler.
If the jungler kept thinking he could kill the Teemo, the jungler can keep ganking Teemo.
Stop trying to report everyone just to avoid taking any responsibility for the loss.

It's silver. IFS will probably discard any reports of int or grief unless they're actually running it down (detectable by low time alive between each death). 2-3 deaths is nothing to IFS but potentially game changing. It's just how it is.
