How to convert to quick-cast?

So I've been playing since pre-season one, just before Ezreal came out, a good 7 or 8 years. I've been using normal cast this entire time and have recently made the switch to quick-cast with indicators. I'm getting used to it, but the one thing I keep screwing up is cancelling my abilities by spamming right-click.

Champions like Leblanc are especially hard to get the hang of because my abilities are not going off when I want them to.

What do I do? Any tips?

Keep Quick with indicators for spells you want to Que and like to hold on a bit. Do reg quick for ones you don't. Take it to Practise tool and mess around with both to get a good feel for what works best for you.
