The lack of clarity with skins is getting a bit ridiculous

Maybe its just me, but there are actual times where I am playing a game and actually have difficulty responding to certain attacks from champions and stuff due to the skin and it's effects. Like a projectile or ability looking different than how it normally does or looks identical to another attack from a different character. Even more obvious are the sounds of certain spells, some skins make them very quiet or they sound nothing like the original.

An example is Spirit Fire Brand's W is significantly more quiet than the rest of his skins, which have this loud boom when casting it. His Q also looks like a more detailed Nocturne Q.

I've never really had any problems with that before. If you know how that champ works then you should be able to play around it no matter the skin.

It makes it more difficult to react to some things. I can refer to that skin's W where it lacks the loud boom of it being cast. Instead it just goes "Whoosh".

But then when you hear the boom, he already casted the W. So there's no point in reacting to it, right? Aren't you supposed to react before you hear the boom?

When you hear it, thats when you stop pacing around and actually move to avoid the attack. There are two noises to the attack, when he actually casts it, and then when it actually hits. The spell has a delay before it actually deals the damage.
