Cyclone (R) 120/105/90s Coldown 100 Mana Wukong spins his staff around for 4 seconds, gaining 30/40/50% movement speed. While spinning, he deals (2.5/5.5/8.5% (+.01% per 1 total AD)% target max health) physical damage per second to nearby enemies and knocks them up for 1 second the first time they get hit. Damage to monsters capped at a maximum of 200/400/600 at 6/11/16 physical damage per second.

So say Wu has 350 AD thats 8.5%+3.5% = 12% max HP/s to ALL hit. Lasts 4s

Considering base armor alone will knock that down to 30% or under, not that big of a deal.

Ornn can do way more than that off a basic ability in magic damage.

Hmmm no, it does 1440 physical if you have 3000 hp. Adding the armor reduction will also decrease it by a good amount too.

He is also really easy to cc too.

I mean it does a lot of damage but please don't make it bigger then what it actually does.

Better against tanks, worse against non-tanks. Sounds ok for me, I wouldn't want the return of assassin Wukong
