Because of this Im 100% sure that the system is build to pick a winning side to "Guild" those who the system thinks should be climbing to climb and who it thinks should fall to fall.

Im pretty sure that this is because of they very crucial word Silver
A silver player could be playing like a platinum player one game then play like a bronze 3 the next. They simply arent consistant enough for the game to properly balance teams.
Can you please tell me in your own words what makes a Silver player be... well a Silver player? Because I can tell you something. It's because they are lacking something that would take them to the next lvl. That something could be consistency or it could be better objective control or even knowing how to push their leads better. Not every single Silver player plays the same but they are all lacking SOMETHING that prevents them from getting to gold. This can be said about every single rank.
