Why can Xayah can Ult while rooted?
Yet, Fizz can't E while rooted, and they very similar ability. So whats up with this? There must of been some kinda oversight. Pls fix playing Lux vs Xayah is pure cancer.

Playful/Trickster is a dash that changes Fizz's position. Champions can't cast mobility abilities while rooted.
Featherstorm only makes Xayah temporarily untargetable. While it still allows Xayah to move as she normally would be able to, it is not actually a mobility spell so she can cast it while rooted.
Her ultimate is not a dash or blink, so there is no reason she wouldn't be able to use it.
With that said, if she is able to move during the ult and before the root wears off, that is a bug that should be fixed.
