Now i am not gonna argue if the champions are weak or not or they are in need of buffs or nerfs i am talking about the specific buffs and nerfs that are just problematic by just seeing the numbers and literally they fix nothing...

MORELLO PLEASE COME BACK SAVE THE GAME FIRE ALL OF THEM THAT ARE IN CHARGE OF BALANCE AND FOR THE LOVE OF GOD SAVE THIS GAME

TL;DR QQ armchair dev post, you have absolutely no idea what you are talking about. Dont be a hypocrite.

Garen:

He is easily kited and basically a trash champ. This will let him not be utterly useless in teamfights by allowing him to actually reach a target.

Kai'Sa:

Are you really crying about nerfs? I know bad players typically dont understand the importance of mobility or vision, but this greatly reduces her ability to assassinate and disengage.

Leona:

Yep, things get nerfed and buffed depending on how well they do. Would you rather have them not change things at all? Wait, you cry about that too..

Rammus:

Just under 50% winrate, a little extra armor (and damage as a result) seems just fine. First you cry about overbuffing weak champs, then you cry about underbuffing weak champs..

Ziggs:

His E cant even clear one wave until very late game, and it is never going to clear two unless they are stacked plus 600 AP. 40 damage lategame wont make any difference to clear.

Mundo:

He has a 47-48% winrate. Which is horrible. GW is much more accessible now, even with this buff he still heals less than he typically would a few seasons ago.

Garen we'll probably forget again

Kai'sa is still strong so those nerfs won't do much.

Mundo's buffs will only be noticable once he's 16. So he'll be a strong late game champ, assuming you ever get to that point. He'll still have the same weaknesses at all the other stages of the game. He might be strong at 11 but i still think grevious wounds will be enough at that %.
