Garen is broken with this Rune.....i took it into ranked after on Normal game and got 19 kills.....45k damage (most in the lobby) and won. Garen ult killed Voli from half hp. The true damage is INSANE!!!!!! If you think about it when are you fighting for at least 4 second with Garen? Heard it was also broken on Fiora, Camile, and Ashe
