Two things I think would be nice changes to help bot/mid

Well, really one change helps bot/mid the other helps the game as a whole. The first one was a buff to how fast tear and fully completed tear items stack. I am not saying anything huge but a plus 2 on a tear, and a plus 4 on fully completed or just decrease the cooldown time if you get 12 stacks. The other idea for tear was just to increase the number of stacks before cdr. The other one is if 2 champions have support items such as relic, and spell thief, or any combo of relic whatever then the relic should not proc. I think it would help the issue of gold funneling into supports like sona, and yuumi. What are your thoughts?

We don't need to be buffing Tear champions.

Especially Ezreal, Kai'Sa.

i think the stacking is what tear use to be at? i think it was nerfed maybe last season? I think letting it stack slightly quicker is fine but only because of how fast the games can be; letting the tear stack more quickly makes more sense from just a quality of life for this particular meta.

The 2 support item things i would say is probably not a great change. As much as i don't like double support bot lane it is a strat and because there are very clear risk vs reward things about it I think it's fine considering so much of the power has already been nerfed as well as the champions themselves.
