no lol, that would imply that one thing follows on another one, but my "change" wouldnt inevitably follow on yours, but it is rather a synonym of what you say.
you say that you make a mistake because you didnt know a certain thing, and instead of remembering it, you rather want a failsafe so people without brain will not be punished for NOT KNOWING something.
i simply made an example where someone gets punished for not knowing something too. its the same thing, not a result of yours.
its like you say "all green things should be banned because i dont like green" and i say "all red things should be banned because i know a guy who knows a guy who once mentioned red isnt his favorite color"
also, its not a needless interaction as you say. it still gives you the auto attack reset but it "wastes" the active part, except if you attack a minion or so once. its a tradeoff you make for the extra auto attack you get, and even if it doesnt give you any benefit because you lose the passive, just dont use it against towers? i mean, you could make the same example with everything really. i used my ziggs ult on a tower but it did no damage, please refund cooldown. such complex interaction to know that it doesnt harm towers, i want my money back.
