Why is Riven not hot fixed?

Something needs to be nerfed or taken out of her kit. No champion should have that much damage, mobility, and durability. How is I can one shot you but you can't one shot me cool? How is I can catch you any time but you can never catch me cool? How is I can trade with you but you can't trade with me cool? How is I can dump all my damage in 2 seconds cool? How is having no cool downs cool? I'm ranting because I absolutely hate that champion. Maybe take her animation canceling out of the game so that she actually follows the same rules as other champions?????
