Its been a few season since ive seen this champ perform poorly. I only see her like once every 30 games. But never fail. I can shut her ass down early. But by 20 min she is carrying the game

Just because you lost your last game to Vi doesn't mean she's OP

every vi. every single time. carries the game. its not just once. ive gone through my match history. she shows up once every 30 or so games. and she hard stomps every single one. She is a sleeper champ. people dont realize just how unbelievably busted she is.

http://euw.op.gg/champion/vi/statistics/jungle you mean this one? She is on a 48% winrate at a 2% playrate, meaning basicly only mains play her and then dont even win 50% of the time.
