@Riot: Champ Balancing in Alternative Maps

EfficientDynamo··2 votes·280 views

So we know with the shuttering of Dominion that Riot has teams dedicated to making balance fixes for maps other than SR. I frequently play ARAM, and have noticed that there haven't been any balancing changes made for champions that depend on stacking mechanisms. For context, ARAM games are roughly half the time of the average SR, and it is very difficult to CS as there are 4 other teammates trying to last hit at the same time you are.

Would it be possible for the team to look at champions like Cassiopeia, and to a lesser extent Veigar and Nasus, to allow them to hit their late game fantasies in a game that will most likely end at 20 min?

I always thought Veigar was fine. Even though he may not stack to thousands of AP, his kit is not a bad one for ARAM. Besides, even in SR, his mid game was already decent.

Fair point, Veigar's E is pretty strong. I pretty much only included him since he is one of the few stack-oriented champions, although to be fair is is difficult to Q farm in ARAM until you get some significant AP.

Agreed. Veigar and Nasus may only need love taps, especially since Nasus can't really stack at all. But Cass feels HORRIBLE to play on HA because of her passive.
