Patch 5.9 Jungle?

So I have a few questions for the jungle this patch.

  1. The Cinderhulk enchant is now going to be on about the same level of all the others after Magus and Devourer buffs? So the jg meta will be everyone
  2. Nocturne. Is Nocturne now going to be top tier from this? This seems to make him really good.
  3. Olaf. Once again top tier? This seems crazy. So now, the meta is going to be anyone can dominate? I honestly love this. I might not say rito plz until 5.10! Thanks Rito!

  1. Yes, cinderhulk is still good but finally it's not OP anymore.

  2. Nocturne won't be tier 1. That E buff is good but you can always flash/dash out of its range. Nocturne will be tier one when they buff the heal on Umbra Blades. But, he is stronger and worth a try.

  3. Have no Idea about Olaf :D
