How does people feel about Singed right now?

Just wondering. I haven't gotten any confirmation yet as of what the community thinks of Singed's current balance.

Why the hell would anyone dislike a simple question? I get why people wouldn't like it, but dislike it?

I think AP split pushers are weakER in genreally because of dmg to turrets even with item 2139 I think singed is a pretty solid tank and PERSONALLY think CDR is pretty good on him because he can use his CC more in team fights. Singed is going to be ignored face it.. he has a name for not getting chased.. but if you can disrupt team fights by fipping bitches and cumming on them with W.. then he becomes a bigger threat ^^

I think he's fine, overall. The %max health damage on his E was an acceptable way to keep him relevant in the current meta without making him overbearing in top lane (see: Maokai's W). The only issue I think Singed really has anymore (besides age-old problems fighting ranged toplaners) is Spectre's Cowl. That item is too good against AP DoT champions (primarly Singed and Teemo, but it can also be problematic for Malzahar, Swain, etc.). I understand that it was introduced to help combat mages in top lane (and perhaps Singed himself, back when he was considered overbearing for his proxy farming), but it's just too effective for too low a cost against certain champions.

It's comparable to having Zhonya's active on an item that's only 1200 gold when fighting a Zed, or Quicksilver Sash with more stats when you're up against a Malzahar or Warwick. Haunting Guise helps to cut into the MR that Cowl provides, but it doesn't prevent Cowl's HP5 from kicking in and negating a fair portion of DoT damage.

I feel he's pretty balanced, a good late game scaling tank, with a surprising amount of ap damage if ignored. Not op as his laning is terrible, but not trash.
