Justice for the DRAGON!
I know that Shyvana is on the rework list, I wanted to make a post about ideas for it, but first this!
Months ago it was requested that Shyvana gain scaling with elder. Meddler agreed that this was a good change and it would appear 9.3.... It's 9.8 and still nothing.
I tried pinging reminders, but nothing.
This is a small QOL of life change that will not make Shyvana OP in any way, according to Meddler..
"not immediately seeing any reason it shouldn't be regardless of what else we do." Then why wasn't it done? :( Did the play test team try it and spit out their coffee when they noticed how broken Shyvana was when she got + 5 armor and MR at 35 minutes?

Direction being kicked around yesterday was increased damage to dragons to buff her as a jungler in particular. Ongoing topic of discussion as to whether that was the best way to go or not for 9.2 though.
I'll follow up on scaling off Elder Dragons taken, hadn't realized that wasn't already in, not immediately seeing any reason it shouldn't be regardless of what else we do.

...Need to assess state of 9.2 changes in general before talking junglers generally, especially if like Shyv they had champion specific changes in 9.2 as well. Passive should work on Elder Dragons (pretty sure it always did, if you've got a case in game where it's not gimme a yell).

Huh, just checked again and yeah, my apologies, doesn't seem to be working. Could have sworn it was when I looked the other day but certainly isn't now. Will follow up on that, aim to get it in for 9.3.
This is just one QOL change, I was hoping to get some more QOL adjustments to Shyvana to make her feel better. Remove the decay on her W, this would make pressing W not feel as bad 1 second later. Also a small adjustment/buff to AD Shyvana. Since AP Shyvana took the W ratio can AD Shyvana gain total AD on it's ratio And have her ult cool down work while dead PLEASE.
