Homegaurd should be a buy-able buff so other boot enchantments will be usefull

Think about it, distortion gives you cooldown on flash,tele and ghost. Something that is amazing but just not as good as homegaurd. Homeguard is a MUST in any game. It gets you out of the base quick to defend and regroup. Homegaurd cost 475 gold why not make it a 500 gold passive buff that everyone can buy and keep the other boot enchantments the same to make then viable.
