Does anyone remember that Aura Mana Regen item from last season?

Last season, we (supports) had this wonderful item that allowed out ADC's to regenerate Mana. Since this season, I have realized that the ADC's are starting to struggle a little more. Is it possible to get one of these wonderful items back?

Perhaps turn to give out Aura Mana Regen...

You mean the one that was almost never purchased? And was generally a newb trap?

Riot doesn't like auras, so I don't think so.

Maybe make it an active instead of passive aura.
