Like you said earlier, Riot claims "Even if she gets going, she doesn't bring an end to games. THAT'S BECAUSE PEOPLE ARE PLAYING HER WITH BUILD I'M MENTIONING BECAUSE ITS MORE EFFECTIVE AND CAN STILL 2-SHOT YOUR FED CARRY. She was already at an okay spot after the changes in Assassin Update, but they keep buffing her like she's not at a S tier or A tier level like 
even nerfed 
would crap Akali. In opinion, she is balance, but I'm sick and tired of these buffs on her. And I hate it when I see an enemy Akali who can somehow crap on a OP Champion and freakin 1v9, carries her whole team whether its FULL AP or Bruiser build and win the game.
If Riot thinks that tank and 
was bad, they're going to regret buffing 
on her entire kit.
