Does Touch of Corruption actually work (BUG???)
Even on the PBE, I would consume the potion and then deal single target spell damage to an enemy champ and still haven't seen any DoT damage ticking. Can anyone confirm that it works?

If they have enough MR the damage is so little it might not show it.
Like 0, for example. With 15 damage over time it would certainly be around those numbers
It really is minuscule. I also was having a hard time seeing it when I was trying it out, turned out it was dealing 2 dmg each tick or something.
