I have noticed many ults before mainly Ezreal and Braum when they ult they go right through champions and nothing happens and both teams go WTF what is up with that?

If you can get a video of it, or try to find out how to reproduce the bug in a custom game, you should bring this to the Report a Bug section.

No one knows how it just happens and goes its seems random

Yeah, unfortunately I noticed that as well. I can't say if this is a glitch, a bug, or somehow both.
