This is a low elo mentality that you will have to get over if you ever want to improve as a player, both champions arent even relatively close to top tier in this meta right now and actually both balanced to be played in this meta if picked into optimal match ups. Which brings me to your point of having no counter-play, Leblancs counterplay is simply 1) counter picking in champion select and 2) positioning .. you either have the knowledge to play match ups that are extremely hard for her ex) Morgana, Galio, Fizz, Kassadin, Anivia ... and thats just midlane, if your support coordinates accordingly, knowing there is an enemy assassin the support can play champions like lulu, soraka, or even new new taric which has a line stun and makes leblancs targets invulnerable in teamfights, and in leblancs kit, she has small windows to take out her targets, her over all teamfight presence is only as strong as her ability to kill her target, if she gets destroyed in lane by bad match ups, or has to deal with mid game threats like morgana shield, galio shield, aniva zone, or other midlane assasins that can outplay her, or simply not being able to kill because of lulu ult, wimsy, raka heals and silence and a root after so she cant even return to her w? Or just hard CC in general from any lane, leblanc is an extremely squishy champion that can be killed with any hard cc. Moral of my point is that her counter play is just game knowledge, Riot doesn't change champion kits merely because she is strong if nobody picks anything against her, this game is played at a high competitive level worth millions, good players counter pick her either midlane, or in other roles respectively to where she cant do her job. I had about 1k + games on her in season 3 before LCS recognized her and she still had a silence in her kit, that was when she truely had no counterplay, and they reacted accordingly, she has been balanced, but i dont play her anymore because of the fact of how much counterplay there actually is against her, at high level, your windows and openings to actually assasinate your targets are extremely small without being killed yourself. One of the world's best leblanc players, Faker, who was undefeated in like 13-14 + professional games lost merely because pawn picked Morgana into him and he couldnt make an impact in the game, even though he actually managed to get kills and be ahead of pawn just from raw skill. The match up itself was enough counterplay to where he couldnt impact the game. Anyways thats enough to explain the counterplay of counterpicking. Now for something you have to learn as a player in any match up of any champions, your positioning, if you position yourself in a place where she cant combo you in teamfights, then she is forced to use her combo on unpriority targets, or just simply knowing when a leblanc player is going to look for his opening, and think in your head how you can counterplay it. if you have no abilities to counterplay the leblanc, then position where she cant combo you and let someone else on your team do what they can so you can atleast put out your most optimal dmg out on either her if she is out of position comboing someone else, or other players while you are not getting focused. Position respectively or Die and continue to believe there is no counterplay.
