Supports should have better utility scalings

The way supports work right now, I feel like I'm not very impactful when I buy that 60 AP support item instead of the Frozen Heart, which gives me loads of CDR and tankiness. Supports should scale very well with utility when they build AP and scale mediocre with damage and tankiness.

I agree but only because some supports can scale with ap pretty darn well and end up doing almost as much damage as an ap mid laner, while others are stuck only building activatables/ defense. I remember a game with a Velkoz that only built ap and poked for more damage than their mid.
