Twitch Q nerf is a joke
He needed his Q to re position in fights like how tristana needs her rocket jump. Now ADCS like jinx do everything he does but better. 6 seconds till stealth is a LOL long time.

I'm pretty sure he's mean to stay safe at the back abusing his ultimate's range, not to re-position whenever he feels like it.
I'm also sure his stealth is meant to assassinate, and not be used as re-positioning tool even though you can use it for it.
Good job on making me check to see if there was another Twitch nerf on the PBE.
Also, I had no idea that other ADCs could set up their own picks on enemy champions using their stealth to get in position to open up on their unsuspecting target while also being able to melt a clumped team in a matter of seconds.
