Xayah is one of the strongest ADCs in the game and is dominating high elo. She's just too hard for most shitters to play so her stats aren't particularly good.

GigglesO1 votesHer passive is a free twitch ulti, it even scales off of crit... Her ulti does let her dodge things like zhonyas, and she does have sivir level wave clear. Nothing I stated was false... you can actually dodge twitch ulti shots by walking sideways... same way with her feathers...

Yes. I am well aware of how her ult works as a mechanic. Even if she were as overpowered as you're telling me she is, it'd still be a numbers issue. the mechanic's not making her impossible to balance.

Twitch's basic attacks travel across their full range and skewer every enemy they pass through for the duration, dealing 20% less damage per enemy hit (down to a minimum of 40% damage)
Xayah's next 3 basic attacks penetrate all enemies along their path, dealing 100% damage to her main target and 50% pass-through damage to other enemies
She can get 20 feathers in one rotation... its the same ability but on a passive...
