[HUD Update] Perfect Time to Fix the Surrender Vote Window!

Once you place your vote, I think the Surrender Vote window should minimize to a slim bar on the minimap that you can still distinguish the vote count.

I find the window gets in the way of gameplay (hence the thread's placement on G&B board), and I think the UI update provides the perfect opportunity to implement such a change.
