Can we get a requirement for ranked where league tests your internet?

since nobody has the common decency to not play ranked with internet that has ping that gets to 200 on it's best day, when nobody is home and the microwave is unplugged...

and shut up with your, "well my ping is at 8,000 and I'm in the LCS" or "But it was fine all day" and your entire day is you going 1/11/2 as jung.
