ARAM Champion banning?

Before you read this, this is my personal opinion and should be considered in this aspect would you find it fun to be one shot and have an entirely useless game where you can literally do nothing? So basically think about this from my point of view. Could Riot I don't know make it so you could pay with RP to ban a champion but only one per match and i get the whole it is completely random and to keep it that way but as a person that likes to play ARAM as a fun little aside thing from brawling on the summoner's rift seeing that team comp (link above) and you are either one shot by either kennen ult/fiora ult or master yi alpha strike does not make the game fun it literally makes me want to sit in base and do nothing because I know no ammount of cc will help in this scenario being the fact that most poeple cannot react to the time it takes yi to activate his alpha strike kennen is basically untargetable since he moves so fast (not sure if untargetable in his w or not) and fiora his untargetable in her ult with two gap closers and basically steroids for her attack speed just a few items and all these champions have the potential to one shot you at 10 minutes in, providing they die. Katarina, Leblanc and viegar are great examples. My underlying point is it makes the game not fun knowing that whatever you do no matter how hard you try you will most likely die and lose. That's why it would be nice to pay some amount of RP to ban one champion, also it wouldn't mean each person can ban someone just one person for the whole team can choose, one champion.
