Please nerf QSS?
Make it so that you can't use the active until you've been CCd for at least 1.5 seconds.

There needs to be counterplay to QSS. And also, 1.5 seconds isn't enough for the enemy team to blow you up.
1.5 sec gives the team so much time to blow you up even 0.25 sec of cc will blow you up if they have a fed rengo.
