Season XP Changed

Looking at the champ tab and seeing level differences of 2 - 5 levels between champs every game. Even when I'm crazy on a roll in jg I feel can't even fight with a low health mid laner, or defend a tower when need to rotate arises. It's stupid, it's stupid that Riot is silent and thinks this makes for good gameplay.

Why would anyone play a game where they are not the winner even as they are winning? It's insanely stupid. I'm out.
