Warwick W Update - Still Bugged

When you hit W and attack it's supposed to give you the attack speed bonus on the player you hit w on now. It doesn't work for the first hit however. and this of course includes the time after the first attack, which is a big deal. On the second attack, the attack speed increase kicks in.
