Forget and his "big plays"

Jarvan is just as overloaded but in a disgusting way.

Passive deals 10% of targets hp

Q has high base damage and stupid scaling 120% AD

W Slows and sheilds everyone for a high amount

E can knock up, or be used as an escape. AND gives him bonus ARMOR and ATTACK SPEED. Which just turns into turret shredding and shredding during his ult

R No need to explain...

This guy is Naturally tank. With Tank steriods, a shield. HIGH damage and HIGH CC. Its just absurd

Yeah he's pretty bullshit, Lee Sin is still worse tho because at least J4 can mess up.

If Jarvan uses his E > Q combo to initiate and things go sour, he has no escape for quite a while. His shield only shields himself, and has a very low base amount, while it scales off of nearby enemy champions, with a max of 510 HP with max rank AND five enemies near him. If he's too tanky, get a last whisper. That's what it was originally for. His passive deals extra damage. So what. That's your fault for not being tanky if it deals 10% of your health. His Q scaling is 110%, not 120%. Anyone can get out of his ult, because most champions played these days have an escape, or flash.
