This is a list of every patch in which annie was objectively nerfed, with no potential buffs within it

This is to say how she has so few patches in which riot has tried to objectively lower her power, despite being one of the original champions and having always been irritating, and to accentuate how there was one patch in season 5, and then we have to go all the way back to season 1 to find one.

The purpose of this post is not to point out how many times Riot has made annie more powerful. I am pointing out how few times she has been objectively toned down.

What about...: Summon: Tibbers When Annie casts Molten Shield, Tibbers gains +300 bonus movement speed, decaying over 0.75 seconds. Tibbers now also recieves Molten Shield's Armor and Magic Resist if cast while he is summoned. Tibbers collision radius reduced.

Incinerate Base damage decreased to 70 / 115 / 160 / 205 / 250 from 80 / 130 / 180 / 230 / 280. Ability power ratio increased to (+ 85% AP) from (+ 75% AP).

Summon Tibbers Base damage decreased to 175 / 300 / 425 from 200 / 325 / 450. Ability power ratio increased to (+ 80% AP) from (+ 70% AP).

Summon Tibbers Cooldown reduced to 120 / 100 / 80 seconds from 120.

point 1: That is a buff point 2: Sure the base damage went down, but they buffed the AP ratio. point 3: see point 2 point 4: complete buff

The purpose of this post is not to list how many patches in which annie was buffed. I am saying that there are not very many patches in which annie has been toned down without increasing the power on something else.

I must of missed the point of your post then.. I thought you were trying to point out/justify annie's current state by saying "hey look at all these nerfs" I dont personally find annie that annoying, but i know others do.

On a champion who has always been powerful, who was one of the first champions released, being toned down a total of 9 times is a ridiculously small amount, especially considering that there are buffs in the history that negates them.
