Even if it were 47%, that's a fine winrate for a champion like Shen who requires incredible global awareness and teamwork to access his full potential.

Low playrate is completely irrelevant.

edit: You appear to be taking your statistics from the very latest data point in normal games on lolking. This is not what most players use as an indicator of champion power since a single day has a significant amount of variance, players do not usually take normal games very seriously, and the statistic includes very low-skill players who do not properly utilize a champion.

There's actually a pretty good example here of how faulty your choice in statistics is. While the latest day happens to be a local minimum for Shen's winrate in normals, Shen actually did very well that day in ranked with a 50.75% winrate. And if you move that up to platinum games to skip over lower-skill players you see him jump up to a 53% winrate.

4% play rate as in he is picked usually by mains or people that have experience with him is ''completely irrelevant''

Do you really not think it's important for you to realize that the exact site you're using for statistics on the exact day that you pulled your statistic from actually gave Shen an above average winrate in ranked games when players take the game more seriously?

Shens not a good support because your adc is not going to die from Autos in bot lane, Your adc will die from Spells. Shens W does not block spells it only blocks autos you can still get blitz hooked knocked up Ulted, Zyra planted , Janna blasted away from Ult + Slowed + nado. Brand Q+W+E+R, Annie Tibbers into everything besides tibbers autos. Thresh hooked flayed into prison box.

Now lets talk about Shens ult. Top lane mid lane or jungle about to die? Shen ults them. Grats now bot lane is 1v2 . Needless to say thats IF your ult wasent stopped.

Shens not a good support. And im not speaking high of my Gold 2 rank. You are. Gold is average ish. But you definitly should not try to convince me whats good and whats bad when you do not provide a informative counter argument. Especially when one of your arguments is ''Shens not weak i beat up a support yasuo who went 8-17''. Theres no such thing as fucking support yasuo.
