Can we just nerf Youmuu's active for ranged champions already?

Make it at least 50% less effective on ranged champions so this bullshit Youmuu rush on ADCs dies out already. Why are ADCs allowed to abuse every AD item that aren't intended for?

At least, with this change, it'll only reduce the effectiveness of Youmuu on ranged champions, so Assassins like Zed, Talon or Rengar won't be hit by the change.
