Can we cut the slow on Jhin's ultimate in half and remove his E's second passive?

Garen's ultimate is cancelled if he loses sight of his target during the cast time once again.

Lich Bane should do what Runeglaive used to do and change the autoattack's damage to magical.

Can we at least reduce Essence Flux's (Ezreal's W) mana cost a little bit. The spel is so terrible.
