Vayne is one of those champions who is exceptionally toxic, it'd be great if we would not buff her. Seeing her more will only cause more toxicity, and quite honestly I don't think anyone wants that.

Actually its a problem with the way how a majority of her builds go ,once you go past 1.7 AS Tumbling actually reduces your DPS,this 20% increase is to compensate the amount of damage she would deal during tumbles animation
Why buff her late game where she can already do really well and demolish teams. Tbh why buff a champ at all that does %hp damage as true (meaning 0 ways to counter outside a summoners spell).
Maybe they are alos secretly buffing frozen heart to actually have meaningful attackspeed reduction.
Most of the other ADCs are already broken so might as well add another one to the list
