Can we revert Poppy to her rework state? (5.24, not original)

So, Poppy isn't doing well right now. Everyone knows it, and even her mains agree she really isn't that good -- and her kit still feels clunky and bad to play with after Riot went about gutting it after LC$ (instead of making sensible nerfs that hit the issues they claimed, but hey).

So can we just revert her to her rework's launch state? She felt better to play, and while people claimed she was weak, she was fine.

Ever since her rework, she's been my absolute favorite champ. But right now I feel like I'm trolling when I pick her, especially with the current meta, and I can't always justify playing her. : /
