Lane partners for Soraka

any adc with mobility or self-peel is a good choice.

All of them have respectable damage outputs of their own and are strong at continuous fights or an all-in after the enemy made a mistake, making Soraka's healing a good fit for longer battles or dealing with poke. Use Soraka's CC to make escape unlikely, and their fighting style really shines.

I like Vayne for it. You can chain one of their CC to the other (Condemn to a wall and drop Equinox so they are silenced and rooted after, or if you land the Equinox root it gives Vayne time to position for a Condemn stun), and Vayne can go in deep enough for Silver Bolt procs because with healing it's not so dangerous.

It's more about who she ISN'T good with I think. She should work fine with anybody who doesn't need a lot of early protection. Vayne and Kog are probably poor choices, Varus might also be since he needs a bit more protection than the average carry due to no mobility.
