Riot, if you could look at Kog's Ult while you're working on him-

-that would be fantastic.

Because right now it is both a shitty poke tool and a shitty execute tool. If you want to encourage to Ult healthy targets, give it some follow-up damage if he nails someone with it like Victor's Q or whatever instead of making the execute bad.
