Nice system you've added! I see you've tried to tune it into behavioural reform - smart idea. Or, it would be, if you could implement it properly.

Yes. I was an arsehole. I realise that. I'll be an arsehole a couple of times in a year, just because life. But, the 10 game chat restriction did calm me down and I genuinely don't like telling my teammate he's an idiot for doing something wrong. We all make bad plays.

What I don't get is why you don't specify the duration that we've got to wait until we're "deemed worthy" of participating in Hextech Crafting. I'm hearing rumours of an automated system reviewing your account six months after your punishment ends. With no clear time frame, this offers absolutely no incentive for me to improve my behaviour. With an unrealistic time frame of six months, I still don't care about this system.

Maybe you just want it as a bonus for players who behave well constantly. Admirable, understandable and respectable if that were the case. However, it isn't, is it? You want people buying chests. No, you've tried to use it to aid player behaviour but you've done it wrong.

Simple fix:

> You are ineligible to earn loot due to previous behavioral restrictions. This will be lifted in X days.
