I'm ok with Nidalee buffs but there is one thing that bothers me

"Nidalee’s been out of the spotlight for a while, and even when teams would benefit from a magic damage jungler they’re often overlooking her entirely. Her clears are still some of the quickest in the game and she deals plenty of damage, but she lacks some of the utility other junglers bring. We’re strengthening her healing as she scales into the late game to even the playing field." She needed buffs imo but I don't like the reasoning behind this buff. It's not like you have to buff/nerf according to the spotlight. Imagine if Nami had more play rate and you nerfed one of the most balanced champions in the game just because "she's had her time in the spotlight". This just doesn't make sense to me, just say what you want to say without this "out of the spotlight/in the spotlight" bullshit.

as a Nidalee main... I'm pretty disgusted by the buff they choose to give her i would have buffed every other ability she had over her heal

all her kitty skills needs to old cooldowns they had seasons 1-6 back of 5 seconds her pounce (kitty W) needs her old reset back her traps (human W) needs thier % hp back her Spears needs they old Cast time back.

i could have (and HAVE) spent HOURS coming up with brainstorming and defending buffs she needs. YET the ONLY thing about Nidalee i would have NEVER put on the table as a buff for her, would be hear HEAL.

riot could literally have buffed ANY other thing in her entire kit and it would have been needed. the ONE thing that was fine as is, was the heal...

The idea of the buff makes a ton of sense. She is basically one of 3 ap carry junglers that are kind of viable, and probably the most healthy for pro play because she cant tower dive like Elise, and Evelynn isnt fun to watch (in my opinion they don't like lcs to have assassin because they think people don't want to watch them.) So nid was their choice and honestly it is kind of nice to know where they want her. Which is jungle.

Also as far as a lot of buff and nerfs they don't really make sense, Riot just does them for some random reason but throws "professional play" in the description.

I know it makes sense, I just don't see why they would say they are buffing her simply because she's been out of the spotlight instead of saying she's underperforming compared to other champions. Just say she deserves to be buffed either for pro play or soloq.
