Best runes on Kai'sa?

I use PTA, Triumph, Bloodline, Coup de Grace with Taste of blood and Ravenous Hunter secondary.

Idk if it's optimal but it works quite well for me i've also used Conditioning and Unflinching as secondary by accident and it works.

I've been doing well with Fleet footwork, triumph, the attack speed one and coup and then sudden impact (For her ult and maybe her E not sure if that counts as a dash) and ravenous hunter.

My build is usually something like so I like the stacking attack speed.

This has been working for me bot lane and jg

Press The Attack feels really good for me. Fleet Footwork is underwhelming, unless you're building , but that doesn't really fit Kai'Sa very well.
