Do not gank players if behind. You will just give a double kill.
Do not gank players if they're even, you might just mess up the lane.
Do not gank players if they're ahead. They don't need you.
Do not take dragon because you might get caught.
Do invade because you should be able to beat the enemy jungler 1v1 regardless of champion.

You forgot the full clear before invading so you are at 20% hp when facing the enemy jungler.

This has to be a joke, right? Point 1-3 can be summarized as "don't gank at all because there's no valid reason too," Point 4 is a no-brainer, and point 5 is UBER situational.
