Where is justice Riot

Just please tell me,Is it justice that you take only 1 or 2 MMR in rank when you win and lose 7 and some times 10 when you lose a game ???!!!. I won 3 times in a row,I was 0 MMR(entered new division) and become just 3 MMR ??!!.In my opinion this is far away from justice because the next game i lose 7 MMR,I was taking 17-20 LP points,Then after i lose this last game,I lost 22 LP ???!!!. I don't know if this is a bug or if the system Like this. Riot please do something about that,I know that this thing isn't fair and maybe this thing happen to a lot of people.
