You know how if you go to queue solo teambuilder will make suggestions as to what the most needed roles and positions are?
I think teambuilder also needs to suggest if a player should queue solo or make a group as a captain. Because sometimes it seems like too many people are queue'ing solo around my elo instead of making teams.
Ultimately we're still waiting for a support or jungle at the end of it though.

Delete blind pick and force everyone to teambuilder and you'll notice queues will be instant.

Sohleks1 votesWouldn't solve the issue that different roles have different popularity, so players queue'ing popular roles will still wait a long time at all elos (mid), and games would be gated by how many supports / junglers / adc's there are.
It's possible if teambuilder was the only queue the issue might become more severe. Or maybe people would just accept that this system is fair if you want the most popular role... Maybe the role disparity might balance out a little, but most likely not.
