you think? she's ranked 4th highest win rate in top lane. 1st highest win rate in mid lane, 22nd in the jungle, and only 2nd best adc with graves being 1st. She desperately needs to get nerfed

Her abilities deal low dmg outside of her passive. But she has low counterplay.

Blinding Assault (Q) 
    Cooldown increased to 11/10.5/10/9.5/9 from 11/10/9/8/7
    Vision reduction duration reduced to 1.5 seconds from 2.
