how i think certain items should be nerfed
needs nerfs cuz it blocks bursts and makes assassins and ad carries tougher to kill
how to nerf: make it scale on bonus hp with a ratio of 4 to 1 so 2000 bonus hp(typical juggernaut hp) would give 500
with a passive like warmogs heart if the champ has more than 3000 hp the shield triples so 1500 shield whih is reasonable
needs nerfs because of the sated synergy and high mixed damage
how to nerf: remove the double addings of auto for melee 8 hits for everyone the difference is that melee stacks drop off 1 by 1
also lowering the ad ratio might help
(also tank builds for assassins need to be nerfed my idea would be to lower their assassin base damages and improve their scalings improving their late game a bit while nerfing their early so that if they do build tank their damages also take a reasonable hit)
